Do I need to know what I want to film?+
No. That's one of the biggest reasons we include the onboarding and storyboarding process. We'll help determine what needs to be created based on your business, brand, goals, audience, and upcoming priorities.
What if I'm awkward on camera?+
You don't have to know how to perform for the camera. Our team will be on set helping with your delivery, scripts, positioning, movement, energy, and overall direction throughout the shoot.
Do I have to memorize my talking-head scripts?+
Absolutely not. We'll help you work through them on set and capture them in a way that feels natural to you.
Can I bring props or branded materials?+
Yes, please do. Products, packaging, laptops, books, signs, menus, uniforms, branded items, tools, or anything connected to your business can help us create more personalized content.
Is the studio included?+
A standard studio fee is included when applicable. Specialty venues or client-requested locations that exceed the standard location budget may require an additional fee.
Can we shoot at my business?+
Yes. For many brick-and-mortar brands, capturing content inside the actual business makes the most sense. We'll determine the best location during your planning process.
When will I receive my content?+
Your professional content library is typically delivered within 10–14 business days after your shoot. Your complete 90-day ready-to-post social content package is typically delivered within 15–20 business days after your shoot.
Do I get editable files?+
Yes. Every finished piece is delivered as an editable Canva template so you can make changes yourself anytime. A Canva Pro account is required to access and edit your delivered templates.
Do you post the content for me?+
Your package includes completed, ready-to-post content and your 90-day roadmap. Scheduling, publishing, engagement, and ongoing social media management can be added separately.
What does 'behind-the-scenes footage' mean?+
Our team will capture casual video clips on a phone throughout your content day. This is raw BTS footage rather than professionally edited video, giving you additional authentic content you can repurpose however you'd like.
Can I use my professional footage after the 90 days?+
Absolutely. Your professional photos, B-roll, videos, and BTS library can continue being used after your 90-day content plan ends.
Can you travel?+
Yes. VIP Content Days can be produced outside the Charlotte area. Travel and any additional production expenses will be quoted separately.
